E-Techno Records was updated in 2020 following the philosophy it had in its beginnings as "EconTechno Records", the need to reinvent itself and continue to attract followers of its inherent style and sound, peculiar in exquisite, demanding Syncopes and without hindering the gender, making a difference in loudness, inarticulate or confused wave combinations. An organic and electronic concept within the worn environment that is lived in Havana Cuba. At first it was thought to give visibility to properly Cuban DJs but the foreign sound is involved with evidently exclusive sounds typical of each artist to continue feeding this label that is nothing more than E-CONOMIC Techno from Havana. This is an album that Rosina has been wanting to make for a long time. It's journey through the political and the sensuous, with a punk attitude.

This is what our Toronto feels like and we hope you get a chance to dance all the pain away, if only for a moment....and tap into joy....

ROSINA was born out of the worlds misery to evoke joy and kindness, with unabashed sensuality and trickster energy, ROSINA is about releasing our spirits into the universe and connecting to the divine. Lovers of oceans, rivers, forests, natural landscapes, technology, honouring our living and non living, human and non human ancestors, yet born out of the city.

ROSINA is where the two meet and grow and push past the concrete and coldness, bringing dark light and underground energy to every corner they go. A collaboration between wicked electronic music producer Murr, (big up Toronto’s hip hop scene from where Murr emerged), with drag performer and multi-disciplinary artist Franny Galore-Wngz and emerging producer, vocalist, shit disturber and poet ROSINA.

BASIC INCOME is the first project by these wild flowers. The music feels like a blend of techno, house, hiphop, global rhythms, inspired by Toronto’s diversity. The live show like one of our outdoor parties, with Rosina and Franny going off, in front of our home and warehouse arts space Unit 2.

They like to play outside, with the full or new moon, but our favourite time to play is during the sunset and sunrise….This is a project in search of joy, regardless of the shit thrown at us….We survive in Queer and strange collective consciousness and want to make shit, ride roller coasters, scuba dive, meet new people and support where we can, never taking ourselves too seriously but loving with all our being…welcome to ROSINA and the sunset crew….
